MyTopo and Maptech Terrain Navigator Annoucement

It is our great pleasure to announce that Maptech’s land navigation division, which includes Terrain Navigator, Terrain Navigator Pro, Mapserver Pro and derivative products, has been purchased by MyTopo.

Our goal is to continue the support and development of the great Maptech land software products. The entire Maptech land division including staff, software development systems, data, sales, and Web/IT infrastructure will be transferred to MyTopo. This division includes several key employees that have worked with development of Maptech software for over 10 years. These include Ken Zisserson, Sales Manager, Ed Lecuyer, Product Manager, and Ferd Schoedinger, Lead Software Engineer.

The combined strengths of MyTopo and Maptech will result in a company completely focused on innovations in land navigation products and services. Together, we will bring cutting-edge mapping capability to our recreational and professional users.
